Privacy Policy

All client information is kept strictly confidential by J.C. Mizrahi Insurance & Retirement Planning and will not be shared with a third party. However, if insurance coverage is applied for, only the insurance company or companies that is/are considering offering a policy or policies will receive information on the applicant as part of their normal underwriting requirements. The applicant will have agreed to providing the information, in advance, for the purposes of applying for coverage. An authorization form or forms will be provided to the applicant, and signed by the applicant, for that purpose.

No insurance coverage is in effect until, if and when, an applicant applies for coverage and receives written documentation and confirmation that coverage is either bound (takes effect) or a policy issued and paid for by the applicant to the insurance company or companies represented by J.C. Mizrahi Insurance & Retirement Planning. Furthermore, no coverage can or will be bound (takes effect) or policy issued, simply by entering this site and/or making a request for information on any specific coverage type or by receiving general information on insurance or any other services provided by J.C. Mizrahi Insurance & Retirement Planning.
